Our Optometrists – Paradise Valley

Dr. Blaskovich grew in Highland, Indiana, and is a 1995 graduate of the Indiana School of Optometry in Bloomington, IN. She completed externships in ocular disease at both Huntington Veterans Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia, and Quantico Naval Base in Quantico, Virginia, and refractive surgery at the Eye Institute of Utah in Salt Lake City.

Dr. Blaskovich lived and practiced in Northwest Indiana until 2010. It was 5 years prior when she made her first trip to Arizona for a triathlon in Tempe and fell in love with what would become her new home a few years later. She has been practicing in the Valley of the Sun since 2011.

Dr. Blaskovich performs general eye exams for patients of all ages, fits all types of contact lenses including multifocal, CRT, and scleral lenses, and treats and manages a variety of ocular conditions and diseases.

Dr. Blaskovich lives in Scottsdale with her family and beloved 14-year-old Westie named Norman. She is an avid cyclist, triathlete, and boot camp enthusiast. When not in the office she most certainly can be found enjoying the great Arizona outdoors.
